Powering the Hall for a Cool and Bright Future

The capital campaign supports three key projects:

•Upgrade of the electrical service from 200 amps to 400 amps

•Installation of an energy-efficient HVAC system in the Hall

•Replacement of outdated knob and tube wiring with modern wiring and installation of compatible LED lighting with a lighting control system

Anticipated Schedule:

Phase 1, Winter 2026: Includes upgrading the electrical service and installing state-of-the-art, energy-efficient HVAC system for heating and cooling. This timing allows the Hall to take advantage of available rebates and ensures reasonable material costs. The new system allows the Hall’s temperature to be managed while lessening current heating expenses.

Phase 2, Winter 2027: The replacement of all knob and tube wiring and the installation of new wiring, LED lighting fixtures, and a lighting control system. The new lights will be more energy efficient and programmable, allowing for flexible lighting configurations at various events.
